Out of Hours Cover
When the surgery is closed, a doctor is always available via the On Call service. The Out of Hours Service that covers your needs when the surgery is closed is the responsibility of East Cheshire Clinical Commissioning Group. The service covers Monday to Friday 6.30 pm to 8.00 am & Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.In addition to this service you may find useful help and advise from the local pharmacy.
If you need advice for an urgent medical problem, which will not wait until the surgery re-opens: Telephone 111. You will be automatically connected to the Out of Hours service.
NHS 111
NHS 111 can help if you have an urgent medical problem and you’re not sure what to do.
You can get help online or on the phone and the service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You answer questions about your symptoms on the website, or by speaking to a fully trained adviser on the phone.
